Renovation of the existing showroom and parts area, approximately 24,073 sq. ft.
Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Renovation
Completed expansion and renovation of the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church in Raleigh. This expansion added a new welcome center and a larger kitchen for the church. The renovation included the Sanctuary, Administration office, and adding sprinkler system to the existing fellowship and education center. In the Sanctuary we rebuilt the alter, refinished the wood ceiling and refinished the pews. In the administration office we reconstructed the office area and added a larger bathroom.
Weaver Brothers Volvo Showroom
Completed renovation to the existing showroom.
Leith Chrysler
Completed renovation of existing 6,665 sq. ft. showroom area, addition of 426 sq. ft. for a heated area for service writers and the addition of a new 3,919 sq. ft. canopy.
Wake Technical Community College – Carpentry Shop Alteration
Addition of restroom to existing College Shop building, including site work.
Volvo Service Area
Phased renovation of existing service area including new OH doors, insulation, epoxy flooring, painting of interior and exterior of building, new bathrooms, new break room, renovation of service manager office and cashiers area, exhaust system, HVAC system, and electrical work with new LED light fixtures.
Leith Acura Showroom Cary
Beautiful new Showroom of approximately 30,000 square feet including expansion and renovation of Acura Dealership. Grand Opening February 8, 2018.
Ballentine Park Dug-outs
The new Dug-outs, including shelters and installation of new sports equipment is complete at the Ballentine Park in Fuquay-Varina.
CycleBar at Brier Creek Commons
We recently completed the renovation of 2500 sq ft retail space for a new cycle bar fitness studio at Brier Creek Commons. For more information on this facility: http://briercreek.cyclebar.com/
McCormick Paints retail store
Renovation is complete on the existing Fred’s Beds building on Western Blvd. to a new retail paint store. This includes updating the front section and interior of this approximately 2,000 sf building. We removed the existing wood truss system and replaced it with a new wood truss system with a single slope to the rear of the building. The exterior 3 walls of the front section of building were added to the height and we installed a new EIFS finish.
Central Operation Facilities Parking Lot
We completed work at the Central Operations facilities parking lot area – adding a concrete extension for the City of Raleigh. It involved excavating existing stone in parking lot, preparing the parking area area to receive 6″ of 4000 PSI concrete, and pouring and finish the concrete area.
Walkway Improvements at the Administration Building
Removing existing pavers and installing new sand bed and new pavers for the walkway at the Administration Building located at 166 West Jones Street.
Fuquay-Varina Library Park Improvements
Ground breaking for renovations began at Library Park which is adjacent to the Fuquay-Varina Library and Fuquay-Varina Museums. The park currently contains a picnic shelter and a small playground. Work includes the demolition of the existing retaining wall, the concrete and gravel driveway, and the removal of ten trees and stump grind.
Worthdale Park Community Center Upgrades
Upgrading restroom, kitchen, lobby and reception areas of the Worthdale Park Community Center. Updating the exterior facade with alterations associated with the removal of existing mansard roof and replacing it with ELFS system along with new translucent vertical wall panels to permit daylight into the gymnasium.
Car Dealership – KIA in Fayetteville
This multi-million dollar renovation and addition to an existing dealership is located in Fayetteville, NC. The project is estimated to take 6 months to complete and consists of selective demolition of existing structure and interior finishes and new addition of showroom and service writer areas. The up-fit of interior space will bring the interior to current design dealership requirements. The entire structure will be in excess of 9,000 sf.
Rolls-Royce Showroom
Diamond Contracting built the original 11,000 sq ft BMW Rolls-Royce showroom structure in 2004 and recently completed upgrades to the existing Rolls Royce 2,700 sq ft showroom including installation of new floor tile, ceiling, lighting and updated paint finishes.
Glenwood Avenue Streetcar Bus Stop
Renovation for the City of Public Works Department of this historic bus stop included lead paint abatement, repainting of all wood surfaces, roof structure rehabilitation, replacement of selected stones that were missing, installation of copper gutters, and removal of trees and root systems causing foundation cracks and failure. Diamond Contracting was awarded the Sir Walter Raleigh Award for Community Appearance and the 2009 Anthemion Award for their contributions to this restoration.

Clark Nexsen Stairwell
The Clark Nexsen Stairwell renovation is a central architectural feature connecting two office spaces in a multi-tenant building and includes programmable LED fixtures which are integrated in linear slots.

NC Museum of History
Diamond Contracting was responsible for removing the existing polyurethane sealant and installation of new sealant to repair water leaks and waterproofing on the North Carolina Museum of History building for the State of North Carolina.
Borden and Garris Buildings
Located in Fletcher Park, Diamond Contracting completed porch repair and ramp renovations for two historical properties, the Borden Building and the Garris Building. They are the two remaining buildings of the Methodist Home for Children and were purchases by the City of Raleigh in 1982. The Borden Building is available for private functions and the Garris Building houses the Youth Programs Division.

Town of Selma Fire Station
This project was a 3,300 sq ft upgrade and renovations to existing Town of Selma Fire Station. The renovation was a complete demolition of interior structures, rebuilding of office and living quarters, and a new roof.
